the location was great, we walked downtown, and there are many good restaurants in the area 5-10 min walk. The rooms are comfy, water refill station is the best in the service

First time staying here, fantastic location, lovely hotel, didn’t use the gym but did look pretty well stocked. Checkin was easy, the staff member that served me was lovely, surprising us with a $15 voucher for the little deli downstairs. The deli was good to pick up last minute snacks, drinks or a bite to eat. The coffee machine in our room was a welcome addition although being from Australia it was a little foreign to me so had to figure out how to use it. We did miss the housekeeper one day as we were in our room when she was in the vicinity but she didn’t come back sadly. Everything else was great, appreciated the ice machine at the end of our floor.

Great room, great view, super comfy bed and a fabulous bathroom. Water bottles were provided to fill up from the ice/water machine on each floor which was excellent. I asked for a kettle and one was provided no problem. Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from, everything you could want and more! The location is perfect, close to lots of shops and transport links, cheap quick and easy to use the BART to and from the airport. I visited SF for a concert at Oracle Park and it was just a 20 minute walk. Highly recommend.

This Hyatt was only one block from SFMoMA - one of the key attractions for my SF visit. The cultural centre across from MoMA had a big weekend food festival - offering many options. The room was spacious, the bed super comfortable and the "market" for coffee, breakfast and snacks was really terrific. Also, incredibly convenient with many public transport options - including one quick train to the international airport.

Breakfast was superb. The room was spacious for 4 people, and the beds were big enough for 2 adults. Location is also quite ok, close to major public transport junction and the famous tram service. Not close to the harbor or the beaches though.

The location was awesome, close to Union Square and to shopping. The room was lovely - limited carpet which is a good thing! The fitness centre was amazing, all the latest equipment.

The room was amazing with views over the city. The staff at receiption were always helpful and very pleasant. The front of house team were helpful when we arrived with our luggage and were also accomdating when we checkout in arranging transport for us. The bed was very big and very comfortable. The Location was perfect for our trip, right at the heart of things in the City, walking distance from many things that we wanted to do. The hotel gave us vouchers for the market place which were useful and a discount for the restaurant.

We liked the room with a city view. The room was located away from the elevators, so perfectly quiet. There were three of us and we slept wonderfully in these super comfy beds. The lobby was also very well organised with lots of different seating options and furnished the way I like. We enjoyed the location, close to the BART station and within walking distance from a few attractions.

We had an amazing stay here for the our holiday. Getting in was a breeze, and our room was spotless with comfy beds. Needed a microwave? No sweat - they brought one up, no questions asked. Parking was ~$85 (valet), but San Francisco is not a cheap city, on the other hand, you can find plenty of parking nearby for ~$40 a day. The location is a top-notch - you've got cafes, restaurants, and shops right around the corner. Tram's nearby, Chinatown's a stone's throw away, and you can stroll to the waterfront in about 10 minutes. Oh, and there's a sweet park right across the street. Neighborhood's pretty chill and relatively safe. Just steer clear of the Tenderloin area (at least when we were there) and you'll be golden. This is a great place to stay.
